Powered by Apple Intelligence, Liquid Glass, and AlarmKit

Pestle can now leverage Apple Intelligene to help parse recipes from websites which aren't typically supported. WHen you paste a URL into Pestle's importer, Pestle will attempt to parse it using it's built-in parser, and if that fails, it will use Apple Intelligence to try and extract the recipe.

The recipe viewer has been redesigned so images start from the top edge of the display, with liquid glass controls placed on top. The image then gently fades into the content section, where the ingredients begin.

The search bar has been moved from the Cookbook to the tab bar, making it always just one tap away, no matter where you are in the app. Before you start typing, Pestle will show your recent searches and recently added recipes, then your folders and categories.

Pestle now supports AlarmKit, allowing you to set timers directly from the recipe viewer. Tapping on an time instruction which prompt the user to create a timer, which will then appear in the Dynamic Island and on their Lock Screen, and will alert them prominently when the timer completes.
