Using a sharp knife, split the beans in half down the length, to expose the seeds.

Place the beans in a jar, with a nice and tight lid.

Pour Vodka over the beans and seal.

Put the jar in a place away from direct sunlight. Shake it occasionally, ideally every week. For flavor, leave it out for 6-12 months, though it can be used after 2 months, you won't get the full flavor.
